Super tasty, great service and a very nice atmosphere.

We have stayed at this hotel very often. We are club card holders and visit Europapark several times a year. we've been to the other hotels many times, but the Santa Isabel we like the most! In our opinion, there are fewer families with children here and it is quieter. The hotel itself is really nice in the Kosterstil. So far we had only booked standard rooms. For us it was out of the question to spend so much more money on a suite - we just sleep there;) The bathroom is great, shower great, separate toilet with a lockable door! Children's beds are built into the wall in the "closet style". The only thing missing is a small fridge / minibar. The staff was always friendly. The shower gel was empty, we reported, was replaced within a few hours. Now to the problem child: We were also during Corona ... (15.06.-17.06.20) We love the breakfast buffet in the hotels and that is one of the reasons why we book the Europa Park Hotel. Breakfast during Corona was awful ... If you know the great breakfast buffet that was always available here, you might understand what I mean. Here at least something should have been done about the room price ... You could order eggs, they came pretty quickly, but the quality was unfortunately not that great. You also get a small tray with a selection of sausages and cheeses and a couple of rolls, you couldn't choose anything here. The buffet was always so extensive, there was so great and so much choice ... That was very, very disappointing. I am aware that at the beginning they couldn't do it any other way ... Meanwhile, a lot of hotels offer buffets again, but with a mask requirement - that's okay too! When asked today on October 22nd, 2020, it turned out that the hotels will probably be offering buffets again, I'm curious what it will look like, whether it is still as rich as it was back then? I will report in the addendum that we are going up again tomorrow! Otherwise we will continue to book this hotel because, as I said, it is one of the quieter ones and we are (still) childless and still want to enjoy the peace and quiet;)

We were only there. Service top but eat flop! Just terrible, french fries were to taste from the day before, the meat was very fatty and inedible. Another french fry was suggested to us as an excuse. No thanks. Was the last time to eat there. VERY DISAPPOINTED ..

For the price, the service should also be appropriate ... The food is good, but in the Corona period it is a fairly reduced selection and not really recommended.

Ok-ish food but really bad service and overall organization. Recommendation: DON'T GO HERE! We went here to have an enjoyable evening with a nice dinner. Nearly all reviews indicated that this would be the case. But it was far less than acceptable. It was an awful experience. The buffet is the worst. It is not a buffet at all actually. You have to wait at least 30 minutes in line to order your main course, wait 10 more minutes in an extra line to receive it. The single cook is too overwhelmed and by the time you get your food it will be cold. Next to that it is only decent in quality. In this "restaurant" you have to wait in line (not at all Corona proof) in order to order your food at the cooking station whereas a better option would be to tell the waiter what you want and wait while enjoying your wine. The concept makes no sense! After complaining to the manager about this awful service/organization she was not at all apologetic and started arguing. In the end she agreed to reduce the price under obvious protest. This was for sure the first and last visit and we would recommend to enjoy an amazing dinner with great service and organization at the Captain's Finest restaurant

In the winter season, during the week, the restaurant was almost empty. The staff was friendly, courteous and children were given preferential treatment again. The selection of starters and desserts was good and they also tasted good. The main courses couldn't quite keep up. What use are good products if they are only heated in the pan (e.g. the meat was placed in a cold pan). The prices including drinks are too high for what is on offer.

Unfriendly staff. We ate a burger. The tomato salad was bland and loveless. Just like the small burger for € 23.80. The potatoes were greasy like those from the chip shop. The staff did their job carelessly and indifferently. Disappointing.

Great place for having dinner. Wide selection of tapas and starters and also very good selection of meat and side dishes. It is one of the pricier restaurant of the Europa-Park but it is absolutely worth it and also one of the smaller and thus quieter places for dinner and for breakfast.

Nice restaurant with a subdued atmosphere and nice decor. A warm welcome. The choice and the quality of the starters are really great. On the other hand, a little disappointed with the lack of variety of meat and their accompaniments, when for dessert we found everything we needed, the budget remains high but it's worth the detour.

Offers a buffet breakfast, but everything is very tasty, there are two barbecue points where meals are prepared in a masterful way. The staff is great.

Actually our favorite restaurant. This time we were a little disappointed. The quality and choice of food were not as usual. There was no fish selection on the grill. None of the 4 interviewed employees could answer our question about the content of desserts. The promised cook who should have answered the question then has never appeared. The staff is friendly, but unfortunately can not talk to one, as German and English poorly understood and spoken.

A nice hotel with relatively few rooms, but which offers the advantage that breakfast is not so busy. Very pleasant is also that there is an air conditioner, which you can actually adjust. The theme of the hotel is a monastery, which was implemented consistently and very beautiful. Unfortunately, there is no minibar, but that is the only criticism. Breakfast is very extensive and there is really something for every taste. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. If you do not need room cleaning, you will get 5 euros back. Protects the environment and the staff. The entrance to the Europa Park is a few minutes walk away and is located at the other end of the park (seen from the main entrance). Thus, it is an advantage that as a hotel guest already 30 minutes before the general parking opening, some attractions can use. The waiting time at e.g. Blue Fire, Wodan or Fjord Rafting are very short. Really great! I will definitely come again. The prices are not cheap, but totally fine, for what you get.

Simply great! The staff was very friendly and attentive. The used dishes were replaced immediately. The food is very high quality and the buffet is constantly refilled. The price of 40 € is fully in order.

The Mediterranean BQQ buffet is highly recommended, especially the price performance compared to the other buffet restaurants in the park. Also, as always in the EP, you should not eat out at the times when everyone is eating, which leads to bottlenecks and a very noisy atmosphere. Because the restaurant in Santa Isabel belongs to a small one, you can spend a very nice evening here.
